Our Story

We specialize in Pasture Raised Chickens that are supplemented with Organic Feed. Our Farm is located just east of Delaware where we live with our 3 beautiful children. We had always dreamed about living on a farm and raising our kids where they had space to explore and enjoy nature. In 2017 we were fortunate enough to buy my Grandmas farm where I had grown up but had been out of our family for over 15 years.....our dreams had come true! We have always wanted to live and eat healthier but found it more and more difficult to find good quality local organic meat. We started slow and first got some laying hens but we soon realized that many of our friends and family wanted our eggs as much as we did! Our kids are a huge help with our laying chickens and have taken on the responsibilities of collecting the eggs and taking care of the chickens and we have slowly increased our flock of laying chickens into just over 75. We have started to raise our own grass fed beef and pork and are slowly trying to grow that as well. Next came our meat chickens.... we certainly never thought we would ever be raising meat birds but again we started small and have raised 300 in our first year and now are applying to be part of the Artisanal Chicken Program through the CFO so we can supply not only ourselves but our local customers with some pretty amazing tasting and super healthy organic pastured chicken!! We are very passionate about nature and want to raise the most nutrient dense meat that we can while raising our animals in their most natural habitat while helping improve our environment.
