Hi there, I am Arnav!
Nice to Meet You
I am Arnav Shah, an MS in Computer Science student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I am passionate about extended reality technologies and their potential applications in various industries, especially healthcare. I am researching eye-tracking in AR/VR headsets and applying machine-learning techniques to analyze user movements in VR. Visit my research and projects section to learn more about my exciting work!
I am a lifelong learner and constantly strive to master new programming languages and software technologies crucial in the tech industry. My work experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Health Care Engineering Systems Center and a software engineering intern at Roblox, John Deere, and VirtuSense has been invaluable.
When not studying, I lead and participate in various student organizations, including SPICMACAY Illinois and Open-Source@Illinois. I am also an accomplished musician and play the Tabla, an Indian percussion instrument. Let's have a jam session sometime! I also love playing football (soccer) and other sports whenever I want to spend time outdoors.
