The objective of our research program is to define the molecular mechanisms underlying the link between diet, microbes, microenvironment, and inflammatory response in patients with dysbiosis, and to further utilize our readily available national patient cohorts to develop safe and affordable tailored dietary and microbe-altering interventions.
