Armour Bearers was created to stand in the gap for individuals striving to achieve housing stability but held back by barriers that traditional systems overlook. Many housing grants and programs come with narrow guidelines—funding only certain expenses and leaving residents without help for essential needs that can make or break a lease or move-in.

Armour Bearers bridges that gap. Through community-driven fundraising and direct assistance, we support expenses that others can’t: pet deposits, application fees, eviction settlements, legal aid, renters insurance, moving costs, and more.

Our work is rooted in compassion and action. We don’t wait for someone to fit a funding category—we look at what’s standing in their way and help remove it. Every dollar we raise goes directly toward eliminating real-world barriers, empowering people to secure and sustain housing with dignity and stability.
