Rev. Lauren DeLano Grosskopf is the Pastor at Cabot United Methodist Church where she has served since July 2026. As an ordained elder, her favorite parts of being a pastor are creating spaces of community where people can bring their whole selves, leading Bible studies and small groups, mentoring and discipling people in their faith, and meeting new people in the community where she serves. When she has downtime, she loves to read, to play or watch sports, to spend time with her family, and to go on adventures with her husband, Jacob Grosskopf and their son, Graham. She also loves to travel with friends. She graduated from Hendrix College in 2013 with a Bachelors in Psychology and from Boston University School of Theology in 2016 with her Masters of Divinity. She has also served at Conway First UMC, Vilonia UMC, and Russellville First UMC.
Vikki lives in Pine Bluff, where she and husband Steve have been lifelong members at St. Luke UMC. Their family is ever-expanding with four sons, two daughters-in-law (and one TBA), two grandsons, and a step-granddaughter. A retired audiologist, Vikki has a passion for those with difficulty hearing and takes seriously the mandate, “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ (Romans 10:17).” Over the past two years, Vikki and Steve have been involved in working with men, and now women, who want to change from their lives of addiction and walk with Jesus. It is a ministry of lots of ups and downs, but God is greater than all of it.
