I participated in the Danish Metallurgical Society Winter Meeting, held from 28–30 January 2026 at Congress Center Tinghallen and Peak-12 Hotel in Viborg, Denmark. The meeting focused on “Surface technology: opportunities, challenges, and applications” and provided a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge with researchers and industry experts in metallurgy, materials science, and surface engineering.
You can find more details about this meeting here.
Today, 01.07.2025, I started the recently granted ZAIRWAYS Marie-Curie Project.
Thrilled to announce that I have been awarded a Marie Curie (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowship by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe programme! The fellowship supports the ZAIRWAYS project at Aarhus University, Denmark, investigating zinc-air flow batteries with high-entropy alloy electrocatalysts. The proposal was rated 95.6/100 and carries a funding of EUR 263,000 for 2025-2027. This is a tremendous honour and I look forward to pushing the frontiers of sustainable energy storage.
