We do not collect, store, or retain any facial data, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or facial maps.
We do not create facial templates or biometric profiles from your photos.

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. How Your Photos Are Processed
When you use our apps features, you upload or capture a photo. To deliver the great results, your photo is transmitted securely to third-party AI API providers, which may includes:
WaveSpeed AI – Face Swap & Head Swap
Your photo is sent to WaveSpeed AI solely to process the Face Swap or Head Swap transformation. The API returns the edited image to your device. WaveSpeed AI does not retain your photo or any derived facial data after the API call is completed.
OpenAI – Hair Swap or Image Generation
Your photo is sent to OpenAI’s image editing API solely to process the AI Hair Swap transformation. The API returns the edited image to your device. OpenAI does not retain your photo for training or profiling purposes beyond the scope of the single API call.
Pixverse AI API – AI Video Generation
Your photo is sent to Pixverse AI solely to process the ai video generation. The API returns the final expected ai video to your device. Pixverse AI does not retain your photo or any derived facial data after the API call is completed.
Important: Your photo is used exclusively to render the AI transformation you requested. Once the result is returned to your device, no copy of your original photo or any derived facial data is retained on any external server. Retention duration: zero.
3. Face Data – Complete Disclosure
We provide the following complete disclosure about face data in response to common questions:
What face data is collected?
None. No facial geometry, biometric identifiers, facial maps, or face templates are extracted, created, or stored by our app or our API providers.
How is face data used?
Your photo is used solely to render the AI transformation you requested in that session. It is not used for training AI models, advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
Is face data shared with third parties?
Your photo is transmitted to WaveSpeed AI (for Face Swap/Head Swap) and OpenAI (for Hair Swap) only to fulfill the real-time transformation request. No face data is shared with any other third party in a retained or identifiable form.
Where is face data stored?
It is not stored anywhere. Your photo exists in memory only during the duration of the API call. No copy is retained on any server after the result is delivered.
How long is face data retained?
Zero. Face data is not retained at all — by our app or our API providers — after the transformation result is returned to your device.
4. Permissions We Request
We only access device features with your explicit permission:
Camera: To capture photos for use with AI transformation features. Camera access is used only when you initiate a feature that requires it.
Photo Library: To allow you to select an existing photo for transformation, or to save the AI-generated result to your device.
Microphone: Used only for voice input features (e.g., writing a prompt via voice message). No audio is stored or transmitted.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services exclusively to deliver its core AI transformation functionality:
WaveSpeed AI: Processes AI Face Swap and AI Head Swap transformations. Photos are transmitted securely and are not retained after the API call.
OpenAI: Processes AI Hair Swap transformations via its image editing API. Photos are transmitted securely and are not retained for training or profiling.
Apple In-App Purchase: Manages all subscription billing and premium feature access through Apple’s native payment infrastructure. No financial data is handled by us directly.
No other third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services are used.
6. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure user satisfaction. Refunds may be considered if a genuine technical issue occurs that cannot be resolved after support. To request a refund, please provide your name, purchase date, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. Refunds are not available for change of mind. Subscriptions are handled per platform policies.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
