I am Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Dschang, Cameroon. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics since March 2018 from the same University. My doctoral studies were funded by the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) under the Collaborative Ph.D. programme. Crime, violence and conflict in Africa constitute my main research fields of interest. However, I also conducted various research concerned with issues of poverty, inequality, human capital, governance, entrepreneurship in the agropastoral sector and natural resources management in Africa. I have a number of papers published in peer-reviewed journals. In addition, I benefited from several research grants and consultancies sponsored by well-known institutions such as International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP), Global Development Network (GDN), French Agency for Development (AFD), International Labour Organization (ILO), Plan International and African Economic Research Consortium (AERC). These research activities are combined with a teaching experience in Public Economics, Applied Microeconometrics and Survey Studies.
