Deep in the dusty wilds of the Northern Elsweyr the Sunspire trial is situated. It’s currently very popular among ESO players since it has lots of unmatched rewards that hardcore PvE enthusiasts are willing to obtain. Not just that, there are also several impressive cosmetic items to collect there. Regardless whether you’re more interested in the former or the latter, this guide will help you better understand what to expect after defeating vSS’s hardest bosses.
WHAT EQUIPMENT CAN I GET FOR DEFEATING SUNSPIRE BOSSES?
As usual with trials, you can obtain 4 armor sets in Sunspire. They all have a perfected version which is only available in the veteran mode (vSS). Let’s take a closer look at what bonuses Sunspire sets offer. For example, the Claw of Yolnahkriin set consists of heavy armor and features max health and stamina increase. It also has the Minor Aegis passive effect that reduces incoming damage from PvE opponents by 5%. Another useful effect it provides is a significant Weapon and Spell Damage increase that is activated whenever you use a taunt. There’s a 8 sec cooldown for it though. The perfected version of the set makes your max health increase even bigger. Needless to say, this set is great for tanking.
The medium armor set from the Sunspire is called Tooth of Lokkestiiz. It increases your damage (both weapon and spell) and encourages you to use synergy abilities (it gives you even more damage increase for that). The perfected version adds to that a critical chance bonus. As you might have guessed, this set is amazing for DPS characters.
There are 2 light armor sets too. Eye of Nahviintaas (support) and False God’s Devotion (caster DPS). The former focuses on magicka recovery, max magicka, and damage intake reduction. It also encourages synergies and grants cost reduction for allies that participate in them. The latter is more about critical chance and damage increase (Minor Slayer and direct Weapon/Spell damage increase for the perfected version). It also reduces the cost of magicka skills and restores magicka and increases your movement speed whenever your target enemy dies. But that’s a 5-item bonus, so prepare to obtain the whole set to have it.
WHAT COSMETIC REWARDS ARE THERE IN THE VSS?
There are plenty of titles as well as some furniture items and more cosmetic rewards. In fact, you can even get such rare things as a skin and a mount there. And as usual you need to complete achievements for that. Let’s start with the titles – there are 5 of them in Sunspire:
Sunspire Ascendant
Sunspire Saint
Extinguisher of Flames
Godslayer
Hand of Akatosh
The Sunspire Ascendant title is the easiest one: you need to defeat all bosses in the Normal mode. The Sunspire Saint raises the stakes and requires defeating all the bosses in the Veteran mode. For the Extinguisher of Flames you need to defeat all the bosses with a hardmode at the Veteran difficulty (in Sunspire it’s known as “defeat bosses after extinguishing offering braziers”). The Godslayer requires a trifecta completion (oh god, this doesn’t bode well for whoever wants to collect all these titles fast). And finally, the Hand of Akatosh requires completing 10 Sunspire-related achievements, including all the mentioned above. That’s hell, yes.
But there are more rewards. You’ll get a very cool Sunspire Ice-Fire skin for completing the trial at the Veteran difficulty (along with the Sunspire Saint title, so it’s 2 rewards at once). The glorious Sunspire Champion Senche-Lion mount is rewarded alongside the Hand of Akatosh title – so that’s a double reward once more.
You can also earn 3 updates for your house. The Akatosh Chancel door for completing the trial at the Normal difficulty is the easiest of them. Another 2 require defeating two bosses with a hardmode: the Yolnahkriin statue and the Lokkestiiz statue are given to those who defeat the eponymous bosses after extinguishing their braziers.
HOW DO I GET ALL THOSE SPOILS FAST?
You have probably got the idea by now that getting any sort of rewards from Sunspire won’t be exactly child’s play. Those who have already received theirs can tell you how much effort and time they had to invest in it. Don’t expect those epic set pieces to come to you just like that! You need a solid team and assembling one yourself or trying to meet some guild’s requirements is a challenge on its own. Why bother? You have ArmadaBoost’s Sunspire carries – we’ll fix you up with a gang of professional players who are ready to kick anyone’s ass. And yes, they know the most effective way to do that too. Getting a set or any reward from vSS becomes significantly easy when you’re in a company of skilled troopers. The price on our carry is quite affordable too, you will hardly find a better offer – and if you will, we’ll make sure to give you the best price.
