Reservation and Cancellation

• To secure and confirm your booking, we kindly request a 50% payment of the total booking amount.

• The remaining 50% can be settled upon your check-in.

• Reservation fee is non-refundable, in case of cancellation of booking.

• A refundable security deposit will be collected during check-in. This will be refunded after our caretaker completes a thorough inspection of the villa upon your checkout.

  • 1,000 - Villas A & B

  • 2,000 - Villa C

Rebooking Policy

• Rebooking should be made one (1) week prior to the check in date and is subject to availability

• Rebooking will be allowed only once

• Multiple rebookings will incur a 500 rebooking fee.
