Users must maintain respectful, family-friendly behaviour across all Arkeno platforms. Members should not be sharing private content of Arkeno, it is strictly prohibited.

2. Rules

Follow platform-specific guidelines (e.g., GitHub, Scratch)

Respect licensing terms on all Arkeno projects

Do not impersonate Arkeno staff or misuse official materials

3. User Agreement

By accessing Arkeno platforms, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our License Policy. You acknowledge that content may be protected under licenses which can be found on the Licence policy.

4. Disclaimer & Termination

Arkeno Organisation is not liable for third-party content or platform outages. We reserve the right to revoke access or remove users who violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Arkeno platforms implies acceptance of any changes.

Arkeno Organisation Licence 1.0

The Licence for the entire Arkeno Organisation except Xtrachess.

GPL v3.0 Licence

We have a GPL 3.0 License for XtraChess 

The repository includes the code we Licenced under GPL 3.0 and some basic terms.

We use this licence for Arkeno Organisation's Copyrights. You can share freely with attribution but not modify.

This License Policy is for Arkeno Organisation.
