I am appointed as a Project Research Scientist at the Department of Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science. I recently defended my thesis at the Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. Here I have worked with Prof. Anindya Datta at Ultrafast Dynamics Laboratory. My research interests have broadly covered experimental physical chemistry. The theme of my work was based on designing and exploring the application of efficient fluoro-genic/phore molecules and molecular aggregates for intracellular imaging and microscopy. I received my integrated Masters (BSMS) degree from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Earth and Environmental Sciences.
