ArkaPay was founded by someone who has stood behind the counter. After years working in cafés and shops in Kosovo and London, our founder saw the same problem everywhere: hard-working owners turning away card-paying customers and guessing at what sold, because good POS technology was too expensive and never in Albanian.

We exist to change that — to give every small business in Kosovo, from a city-centre café to a corner shop to a bus operator, affordable and modern tools to accept cards, understand their sales, and grow.
