Attention all UARK students, are you looking to continue, boost, or revive your baseball career? Sign up for tryouts via the icon button below for Arkansas Club Baseball! Tryout fees will be $10.
We will also have a table you can visit at HillFest on August 19, 2024 outside the Union from 11am - 2pm. We look forward to another exciting year! 🐗

Alex Ilgenfritz inducted in arkansas club baseball hof!

Today we are proud to announce that Alex Ilgenfritz has been inducted in the Arkansas Club Baseball Hall of Fame. Alex has served as the Vice President for the past two years and has been one of the most impactful players during his 4 year tenure. Click the link to see Alex's official Hall of Fame page!

Q: Why did you choose to play club baseball?
A: I was looking to continue competing in the sport that I love while going to a larger school like Arkansas.
Q: Any advice for those looking to join club baseball?
A: Focus of having fun and don't treat it like a job. Have fun competing and beating other schools!

Arkansas' back to back losses to end season.
5/4/24
Arkansas club baseball's playoff berth was tragically cut short this past weekend in the Great American Regional Tournament. The Hogs faced Houston-Downtown in Game 1 losing 6-10 after giving the Gators a 7 run lead in the first inning. Andrew Weidenfeller came into emergecny relief game 1 tossing a solid 5.1 innings striking out 6. However the Hogs' 12 hits led by Kurt Ippolito and Alex Ilgenfritz was not enough to erase the 7 run first inning deficit.
Davis Johnson started game 2 versus Arlington Baptist tossing 3.1 innings striking out 5, but giving up 8 runs in the process. Nate Moen and Nick Pavlick tried to giving the Hogs' a chance to fight back over 2.2 innings of work. Roderick Gaines and Dylan Henson both went 2 for 4 to try and keep up with the White Sox, but the Hogs' had finally run out of gas.
Arkansas' finished the regular season 11-3 making their record 18-4 for the year! The Hogs' look to return next season hungry for another playoff berth and a shot at the program's first World Series appearance!
