This policy explains how information is used in the game.
## Game saves
The game stores level progress, coin balance, ability inventory, reward and promotion redemption records, language preferences and performance settings on your device. These records let you continue playing, retain earned rewards and prevent the same reward from being granted twice.
You do not need to enter your name, email address or date of birth, or create an online account to play. This beta does not use an online game account or cloud-save server operated by ArkaneCo. Android device backup and restoration may apply separately according to your device and account settings.
## Age preference stored on your device
The Android app asks your age on first launch, without a preselected value. You can also play without sharing it. The numeric input is cleared after determining the advertising category. Your exact age or date of birth is not written to game saves, logs or analytics, or sent to the developer or advertising SDK. Only the advertising category or your choice not to share is stored on your device, so the app does not ask on every launch. You can change it in Settings or choose “Prefer not to say”. The “?” button explains how this preference is used. You may be asked again if this preference is deleted or app data is cleared.
Players under 18 and those who do not share their age use the protected category. If advertising is enabled in a future release, the SDK receives child-treatment and under-consent-age flags instead of the numeric age. Players aged 18 or older receive any required separate advertising consent flow; entering an age does not provide advertising consent. If the category changes after the ad SDK has started, old ads are discarded and requests stop for that session; the saved new preference is applied on the next launch. Advertising remains disabled in this beta.
## Advertising and third-party components
The game's ad loading and display flow is disabled in this closed beta. Real-money purchases and analytics services activated by the game are also disabled. The coin shop uses coins earned in the game.
The app includes Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform components. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses, device and account identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information depending on its use. This information may be processed for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Information transmitted through the SDK is protected in transit using TLS.
Because Google components are included, disabled ad display does not by itself establish that no technical information is processed by third parties. The final data disclosure for this release will be completed alongside the SDK configuration review. If advertising is enabled in a future release, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated to reflect the new behavior.

## Children's privacy
The game is being prepared for an audience that includes children under 13. Children are not asked to provide their name, contact information or date of birth to play. The game does not include player-to-player chat or public profiles.
A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided personal information in a support conversation can contact us at contact.arkaneco@gmail.com. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information when requesting support. We recommend that children contact support through a parent or guardian.
## Support requests
If you email us, we use your email address, message and any information you voluntarily provide to respond to your support request. Email is handled through Google Gmail. We do not ask you to send passwords, signing keys or unnecessary personal information.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve and follow up on the request. You can request deletion of that correspondence through the same contact address; any applicable retention obligations will be considered when handling the request.
## Deletion and choices
You can delete local game records by clearing the app's data in Android storage settings. This also deletes your progress, coins and ability entitlements. Device backups can be managed separately through Android and Google account settings.

## Changes
If the game's data practices change, this policy and its update date will be revised. The current policy will be available on its published web page and through the game's privacy link.
