I teach undergraduate finance across introductory, applied, and advanced courses - including Basic and Applied Corporate Finance, Financial Institutions and Markets, Financial Modeling, and Investment Banking. My courses balance conceptual rigor with applied learning through structured problem-solving, financial modeling, and experiential projects that prepare students for real-world decision making.
Research Interests
Research Interests
My research background is in empirical corporate finance, with a focus on corporate governance, shareholder activism, and investor skill. My work applies large-scale empirical methods, event-study analysis, and Bayesian techniques to examine differences in investor performance, firm-level outcomes, and shareholder value creation. My current research engagement is selective and collaborative, complementing my primary role as a finance educator.
