• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Personal and sensitive user data may include Arjun Mobile, but not limited to, personally identifiable information, authentication information, device location, inventory of other apps on the device, camera, and other sensitive data device or usage data. in terms of the use of your sensitive information above, we always try to improve the security of the use of your data and information by implementing things:

• Limit the access, collection, use, and sharing of personal and sensitive user data acquired through the app to app and service functionality and policy-conforming purposes reasonably expected by the user.

• Transfer data as necessary to Service Provider or for legal reasons such as to comply with a valid governmental request, applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with legally adequate notice to users.

• Use a runtime permissions request whenever available, so that users can view it directly on the app and grant or deny requested access permissions.

• Do not sell personal and sensitive data.

  • "Sell" means the exchange or transfer of personal and sensitive user data to a third party for monetary consideration.

    • User-initiated transfer of personal and sensitive user data (for example, when the user is using a feature of the app to transfer a file to a third party, or when the user chooses to use a dedicated purpose research study app), is not regarded as sale.

Data Collection Purpose:

1. Location Information (Location Data), for Application functionality, perform attendance, security, and compliance.

This data collection is carried out to find out the accurate location when making attendance by the user. The application asks the user for permission regarding this data collection activity. The information we collect is Accurate Location, i.e. the Application collects location data of users or physical devices within an area of less than 1 square kilometer.

2. Personal Information, For App functionality.

Personal Information Data (Personal Information), this data collection is carried out as part of the features or functions of the application. The application does not ask permission from the user regarding this data collection activity. Below is the Personal Information we collected from you :

• Name

• Email Address

• Users Identification (such as username)

• Phone Number

3. Photo, For App functionality

Photo, this data collection is carried out as part of the features or functions of the application. The application asks the user for permission regarding this data collection activity. Below is the Photo Information we collected from you :

• Photo

We may collect user images for the purpose of knowing user photos when making attendance. It is important to note that the selected images will not be transferred or shared with any third-party services.

Data Collection: We collect user photos solely for online presence purposes. No other personal information or data is associated with these images. After the user's presence has been approved, the collected photos will be deleted.

Data Usage: User photos are used exclusively to determine the user's environment when carrying out online presence. They are not used for any other purpose, including identification or profiling.

Data Sharing: The user images are not shared with any third-party services, organizations, or individuals. They remain strictly within the confines of the user's device and our app.

Data Retention: Once a user's online presence has been approved, the user's image is immediately discarded. We do not store or store any copies of scanned images.

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of data privacy and security. By using our app and providing user images, you consent to the aforementioned practices outlined in our privacy policy. 4. Technical Data, For App functionality, Fraud Prevention, Security, and Compliance.

This includes details about your use of our Apps such as device information including information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device you are using to access the Apps and crash logs.

Not in the scope of our data collection

• On-device access/processing: User data accessed by the Arjun Mobile app is only processed locally on the user’s device and not sent off the device.

• End-to-end encryption: User data that is sent off the device, but that is unreadable by you or anyone other than the sender and recipient as a result of end-to-end encryption does not need to be disclosed.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

We use the information we collect and share from our services to provide, maintain, and improve Our App Functionality and give you more Users Experience whenever using our Arjun Mobile, to develop new ones, and to protect from Fraudelance Attempts to your Account. All the information We Collect from you will be stored in our Server and processed further for future use. We are committed to always trying to provide security for the information we collect and share from you. Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored on our servers for future use. By submitting an image to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your image.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
