The Georgia TSA State Leadership Conference will take place in
Athens, Georgia March 13 - 16, 2023.
During the trip, we will wear our chapter t-shirt with khakis. You will have to purchase either the blue TSA polo shirt or the blue TSA button down shirt to compete. They cost about $25 - $35. You do not have to buy both unless you are competing in multiple events and require both shirts. Khaki, black, or navy pants are acceptable for bottoms. No cargo pants are allowed. Your shoes must be black dress shoes.

We will have a charter bus drive us to and from Athens, Georgia. We will always leave the hotel premises as a team and all students must leave together and ride the charter bus to the conference events.
The cost for hotel room is roughly $200 per night. The costs for the hotel rooms will be split between the students sharing the room. Students cannot share or enter rooms of individuals of the opposite sex. We will stay on the hotel premises for three days and two nights.
Registration fee is a non-refundable $110. If your student is registered and then later withdraws, this fee cannot be returned.

It is estimated that students will need $50 per day for to eat at the various properties in Athens, Georgia. We will do our best to accommodate our students' preferences and budgets when we select the restaurants we patronize.
