Community counts

[spreadsheet] Lists all the communities where we have a listing along the count of listings we have there, ordered in descending order by the count. Thus, the communities where we are tracking the most listings are listed first, highlighting those that tend to grab our attention.

All listings

[spreadsheet, map] Includes all listings that are being tracked, regardless of elimination status, tour status, etc. — basically, our master list

On the spreadsheet, listings that are red have been eliminated.

On the map, listings still in contention have green markers, while those we've eliminated have red markers

Eliminated

[spreadsheet] Includes listings that we've eliminated from contention

Not eliminated

[spreadsheet, map] Includes listings that are still in contention, whether toured or not toured

On the map, listings that we've toured have green markers, while those we've not toured have red markers.

Toured

[spreadsheet, map] Includes listings that we've toured, whether eliminated or not eliminated

On the map, each tour has a different marker color.

Not toured

[spreadsheet, map] Includes listings that we're tracking that are still in contention but which we've not toured

Toured and not eliminated

[spreadsheet, map] Includes listings we've toured and are still in contention, i.e., they've made it to the next round!

Recently added

[spreadsheet] Includes listings that we started tracking in the last seven days, regardless of elimination status, tour status, etc.

MM/DD tour

[spreadsheet, map] Includes listings we toured on a particular date. Named such that MM is the month of the tour and DD is the day of the tour, e.g,. "12/23 tour" for our tour on Dec. 23

On the spreadsheets, listings that are red were eliminated based on the tour.

On the maps, listings we kept in contention after the tour have green markers, while those we decided to eliminate have red markers.
