Biography for Joseph F. Arite

I am an attorney with thirty years of experience. In my career, I was an assistant and deputy district attorney, a Magistrate Judge in Cibola County, a Hearing Officer in the Thirteenth Judicial District, and a District Judge in the Thirteenth Judicial District. I taught paralegal and criminal justice courses and presented to numerous groups including judges, attorneys and police officers.

I am from Cibola County, New Mexico and live here. Now in private practice, I handle cases in the areas of criminal law, family law and many different areas of civil law. From my office in Grants, I serve clients in northwest and central New Mexico. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and put my experience to work for you.
