PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

AristaBot ("the Application") is a mobile AI assistant developed and operated by Shahzaib ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the Application accesses, how it is used, and the measures taken to protect your information.

By downloading, installing, or using AristaBot, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Access

AristaBot does not collect or sell personal data. The Application requires certain device permissions solely to deliver its core features. These are described below.

A. Contacts

Why: AristaBot accesses your device contacts to power voice-command features such as "Call [Name]" and "Message [Name]."

How: Contact data is read directly from your device and processed locally. It is never uploaded, stored externally, or shared with any third party.

B. Media Uploads (Images)

Why: The Application allows you to optionally select images for AI-assisted processing using your device's secure native photo picker. The app does not request or require broad access to your device's local storage or files.

 How: Images are processed securely by the AI service only when explicitly selected and attached by you. No media is stored permanently on our servers after processing. 

C. Camera & Microphone

Why: Camera access is used when you choose to attach an image via the camera for AI analysis. Microphone access powers the voice assistant feature.

How: Audio is processed in real time only while you are actively using the voice command feature. No audio is recorded or retained.

D. Display Over Other Apps

Why: This permission allows AristaBot to display its floating AI assistant bubble on top of other applications, enabling quick access without switching apps.

How: The overlay is purely a display element and does not capture or record anything visible on your screen.

3. Third-Party Services

To power its AI features, AristaBot integrates with the following trusted third-party services. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

• Google Gemini API

Processes your text and image inputs to generate AI responses

• Firebase Authentication

Manages secure user login

• Cloud Firestore

Stores your subscription status and trial dates

• Google Play Billing

Handles all in-app subscription payments securely

The Developer does not have access to your payment card details. All billing is managed entirely by Google Play.

4. Data Security

Sensitive local data — including authentication tokens and trial status — is stored using hardware-backed encrypted storage (AES-256 equivalent). The Application follows standard secure mobile development practices to protect against unauthorized access or tampering.

5. Children's Privacy

AristaBot is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

6. Changes to This Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AristaBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Subscription & Trial

Free Trial: AristaBot offers a 3-day free trial upon first sign-up. During this period, all features are fully accessible. The trial expires automatically after 3 days and cannot be extended.

Premium Plans:

• Monthly Pass — $2.00/month

• Yearly Access — $20.00/year

Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: All refund requests are subject to the Google Play Store refund policy. The Developer does not process refunds directly.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use AristaBot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Application to harass, harm, or deceive others

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Application

• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features of AristaBot — including the name "AristaBot," the floating overlay framework, and the voice assistant engine — are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AristaBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application on all Android devices and firmware variants.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
