Welcome to Arise Wallpaper Launcher (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), a personalization tool provided by SST Point (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Essential Permissions & Local Privacy
As a home screen replacement, Arise requires specific permissions to function correctly. We prioritize your privacy and ensure these permissions are handled with the highest security standards:
Software List Management (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES):
Purpose: This is the core engine of our launcher. It allows the App to display and organize your installed applications on your device interface.
Privacy Commitment: This data is processed strictly on your device. We do not collect, do not store, and do not upload your application list to any server.
Wallpaper Setup (SET_WALLPAPER): Used to instantly apply high-definition artistic backgrounds to your home or lock screens.
Storage Access (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required only for downloading and caching high-quality wallpapers locally. The App is strictly prohibited from accessing your personal photo albums, contacts, or private files.
2. Technical Services & System Maintenance
To maintain our free services and ensure system security, we work with trusted industry partners to evaluate service quality and optimize performance.
No Direct Collection Statement: We do not directly collect or store your personal information or private files. All technical analysis is performed through trusted third-party partners using anonymized data.
Location & Device Identifiers: Our partners may process anonymous device identifiers (e.g., GAID) and coarse location information based on IP addresses.
Processing Purpose: This data is used solely to monitor app stability, evaluate service effectiveness, provide region-relevant content optimization, and protect the system from malicious activity.
Our Partners: We integrate technical services from: Google AdMob, Google Play Services, Firebase, Meta, TikTok For Business, InMobi, Mintegral (MTG), Pangle, and Singular.
Data Security & Encryption: We ensure that any data shared with our technical partners is transmitted using secure, industry-standard encryption protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS) to protect against unauthorized access.
3. Data Retention & Consent Management
Data Retention: Since we do not directly store your data, we do not maintain a user information database. Anonymous identifiers processed by our partners are retained only as long as necessary and are managed according to their respective retention policies.
