Hi ! I am Arihant, a research student at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, where I work on active galaxies and quasars with Prof. Vivek M. I have graduated with a Physics major and Data Science minor from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal.Â
Currently, my reseach is focusing on studying the ultra-violet variability of active galactic nuclei and identifying potential physical drivers of the observed trends in their spectral variability. I also intersted in studying the co-evolution of supermassive blackholes and thier host galaxies, primordial galaxies in early universe, Little Red Dots, and Seyfert galaxies.
When not glaring into the cosmos, I like cooking, painting, reading books, playing badminton and hiking. Always up for walks through the flora !
