I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a prestigious Personal Trainer Certification through the American Council on Exercise. My experience includes extensive coaching, personal training, behavior modification, leadership, as well as program design and progress monitoring.
