I created a TEAMS tutorial as part of a Microsoft Suite Application series to showcase features and potential organizational benefits clearly and concisely. The focus was communicating top functionality and business impacts for our Division.

I created a video and hands-on workshop demonstrating eSignature after a Deputy Directive was announced for a Division-wide project to centralize document signing into an automated eSignature system that sped up turnarounds and created major efficiencies by replacing manual paper and email routing. The streamlined digital process cut signature times and employee effort significantly.
After departmental and divisional restructuring created a new position serving two distinct divisions, I authored a procedures manual and training manual to enable succession planning in the position's unique role. The goal was to sustain quality support for both divisions and ensure a smooth organizational change.
