Day 1
I learned that through a flipped classroom, the students can take responsibility, interact meaningfully and often with their instructor and peers, and get and give frequent feedback. By integrating, the elements of the flipped classroom elements, I can create a learning environment that both challenges and supports all students and ultimately allows them to engage.
Day 2
I have understood that using Screencastify, teachers can record themselves explaining difficult concepts, recapping the day's main objectives, demonstrating an idea, or giving students audio or video feedback on their work. I also learned that I can screencast to communicate with parents, explain procedures, or bring a personal touch to my class. In my lesson, I will encourage students to use Screencastify to demonstrate what they've learned or how they solved a problem, give presentations, catch up with their absent peers or practice reading aloud in a foreign-language class.
Day 3
It is a great idea to practice an action plan in my life as a teacher, It assures me to act with purpose and a clear goal, rather than trying to “figure it out” as I go along. Using an action plan has made me aware of identifying key milestones and tracking performance on my journey so I can measure my outcomes against expectations and get a clear sense of how well I am doing.
