"Modern Make-up" 2022

"Modern Make-up" is a recreation of "Kitagawa Utamaro, Young Woman Applying Make-up, Japan:Edo Period, 1800, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston." I created this for an assignment for my Art History class. I tried to make it look similar to the orginal piece, but add my own touches as well. If you scroll down there is a process paper included as well as the original image!
