For several years now, I've been keeping notes on topics in theoretical physics. Some topics are directly related to my research, but most are not. I, therefore, call this activity recreational physics.Â
The notes have grown to such a size that I feel compelled to share them. To be clear, though, my intention was never to write a textbook. This is mainly just a reference for myself, which is why you may notice a deficiency of exposition. That being said, most sections can probably be understood by advanced undergraduates. If you find mistakes or ambiguities, please tell me.

Every day, I write one sentence describing a learning experience. This is a habit I assumed in March 2020 and which I intend to continue indefinitely. After accumulating several years' worth of entries, I began the surprisingly arduous task of editing. In addition to the daily sentences, I've provided footnotes and figures. Because that takes time, there will always be a delay in updating the collection.
