GRAD NIGHT 2025 HAS BEEN CANCELED

Dear Class of 2025 Students and Families, 

We regret to inform you that the Grad Night celebration originally planned for the Class of 2025 has been canceled.

This decision was not made lightly. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant loss of grant funding that was essential to supporting the event. In addition, we saw a much lower number of student sign-ups than anticipated (78 students out of a class of over 450). While we explored alternative, more affordable options to keep the celebration alive, the response to those proposals made it clear that they did not meet the expectations or interests of the student body and families. 

We understand the disappointment this may cause and share in that sentiment. Our goal has always been to create a memorable and meaningful send-off for our graduating class, and we are truly sorry that we are unable to do so in the way we had hoped. 

As senior families we are all extremely busy these next two weeks, but the grad night committee will be working to get refunds out via your original form of payment as soon as we can. For some of those that paid early on via Venmo your refund may come in the form of a check from the booster club but we will work to get those sent out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2025 at their Commencement on Saturday, June 14th! Go Ravens!! 

As a reminder, we're still offering graduation stoles for the ceremony on 6/14. Those can be ordered for $25 at www.tinyurl.com/ARHSgradstoles Stoles must be ordered by 6/8 at midnight to be guaranteed for graduation day.
