PHO XE LUA

Pho Xe Lua was a mainstay on Argyle Street for over 20 years. Due to the pandemic, they had to shut their doors, but they're still operating as a business working at festivals and pop-ups. They serve authentic Vietnamese food ranging from skewers, banh mi sandwiches, rice dishes, and noodle dishes!

NHA TRANG

Nha Trang (1104 W Argyle) will be offering a dine-in special $15/per person Buffet that includes: Vietnamese Fish Sauce Chicken Wings, Eggrolls, Beef Stir Fried Noodles, Yang Chow Fried Rice.
This buffet is offered independently of the festival, we are only promoting specials in the neighborhood.

A Pop-Up Bar will be available inside of Nha Trang Restaurant offering spirits, beer, sodas and water.

Polmula means "flowers" in Karen tribe language in Thailand. A little girl called me Polmula when I was a volunteer teacher in her school around border in Thailand. Polmula products include hairbows, rings, earrings, bags, hats, keychains that are hand made from my heart.

MASIRAMON CHICAGO

Masiramon Chicago specializes in authentic Filipino inspired desserts and entrées as well as fusion desserts. My mission is to share the Filipino culture and flavors to the Chicagoland area. I enjoy incorporating Filipino flavors such as ube (Filipino purple yam), calamansi (Filipino lime), and buko pandan (young coconut & SE Asian fragrant leaf commonly used in dessert) in well known desserts. For example, some of my top selling items are ube buko pie, ube brownies, ube crème brûlée, and ube rice krispies. I also like to create and offer items that are different such as my cheesecake tacos, and Fruity Pebbles and Chocolate Rice Krispy bars.

It doesn’t matter if you were born and raised in the Chi or if you just recently made the Windy City your new home, this is your city now and it’s yours for keeps. We want to do our part to give back to the city we love not only to benefit Chicago’s present, but also Chicago’s future. At least half of our profits from sales will go to non-profit organizations focused on benefiting the youth and adults in black and brown communities. We know that the best way we can contribute to real change is to use our skills for good. We want to create handcrafted embroidered apparel and accessories that can help create tangible goods in exchange for tangible change in our community. If you’ve ever called Chicago home then it doesn’t matter where you’re from or where you go, Chicago will always have a place in your heart. Let’s do our part to make it better. Chicago forever.
