I love to write about Palestine, my connection with myself and my homeland, loneliness and teenage angst as various bugs, and just giving things meaning in general.

I hope to get a minor in Creative Writing and continue to write in my free time. However, I do plan on pursuing a career as a lawyer.
What is your favorite thing about the Literary Arts Department?
The teachers. Words will NEVER be able to contain the magnitude of my gratitude (you can tell I am a writer because it rhymed). Never once was an idea of mine shot down by them. Even when my work was at its worst they supported me and made me believe it was great. I could never have dreamed of writing the way I can today without them.

Although I don't plan on pursuing creative writing as a career in the future, I would like to take the skills I've learned from Lit Arts and apply them to Law.

The teachers. All of them have my heart. <3 I owe them so much.

No I plan to be a pediatric nurse and minor in psychology.

My favorite thing about the Lit Arts Department are the teachers who makes it feel like a home and safe place. Also I enjoy FAF's its nice to be in a room with everyone in your department getting to know different personalites.

Our Focus Area Fridays. We've always got so many snacks and super fun activities to do.

I primarily write nonfiction. I enjoy writing about my life experiences from times that I feel were important for my character development and that explain who I am today or why I react certain ways. I write about myself, lol.

I don't see myself taking the path of writing in my future. I plan on focusing my education, time, and my career on aiding to public communities in any way I can. Community service means a lot to me and I've discovered that it is my passion over the past four years--I would love to pursue a career somewhere in that field.

My favorite thing about the Lit Arts department is our open-mindedness and the welcoming environment.
