All lessons and block packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the session.
Package prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.
Payments can be made via direct transfer or our designated online payment portals.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any driving lesson without incurring a fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or instances where a student fails to show up, will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
Discretionary waivers may only apply in cases of genuine medical emergencies (proof may be requested).
If ARG Driving School cancels a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, instructor illness, or vehicle breakdown), your lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or a credit/refund will be issued.
Students must be punctual. Late arrivals will shorten the lesson duration without a price adjustment. Delays beyond 15–20 minutes may result in lesson cancellation and full charge.
Students must hold a valid UK Provisional or Full Driving Licence and present it on or before their first lesson.
Instructors reserve the right to perform random licence checks.
Zero Tolerance Policy: If an instructor suspects a student is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or illness, the lesson will be terminated immediately, and full fees will apply.
Lessons take place in dual-controlled, fully insured, and roadworthy vehicles provided by ARG Driving School.
Students are expected to adhere to safe driving practices and obey instructor directions at all times.
Students may be held financially liable for damage caused to the tuition vehicle due to willful negligence or deliberate failure to follow instructions.
Use of the instructor's vehicle for a practical driving test is strictly subject to the instructor’s approval of the student's driving standard.
DVSA practical test booking fees are separate from ARG Driving School tuition and car hire fees.
Block Package Validity: All block booking packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Any unused block package hours requested for refund will be recalculated on a pro-rata basis at the standard hourly rate, minus an administrative fee.
