It is just another day at UFSM, and everything's working as it should be.

It has been a calm, ordinary week. But on that Friday, which fish was the favorite food that would be on the RU menu, the chaos begins.

That morning, after taking part in the march against racism and prejudice in the 40 building, Anne Clarke went to the University restaurant and when she was entering, her access was denied.

The lady with the scanner in hand said that she was “out of credits.” That did not make any sense, because Anne was sure that she left some credit to eat at least three more meals. But at that moment, she thought her memory probably failed.

So she went back to the cabin to recharge her RU card. As soon as she tries to pass the card into the scanner, it fails again!

"Oh..my Gosh! What´s wrong with this?" she thought.

This time, she had proof of payment. Then, she went back to check her account and she realizes that something was just not right. She didn’t have credit registered, and no money. It seems as if she had never recharged at all.

She didn’t even have enough time to create any explanations for what happened, because a riot act was being set in line. It caught her attention first.

Nobody was able to get through the RU. The scanner didn't allow them to. There are no credits registered to anyone.

By the rumors she heard, the UFSM app was off, and the place where it was first started was in the library. Someone was behind this because it was impossible to presume. It was weird, non students would have at least some credit to eat lunch.

She knew something was up, and she wanted to solve this mystery more than anyone.
