A Connecte Inc. operates Arenas, a mobile application that helps users discover, create, organize, and join local recreational sporting events.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Arenas collects, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users.

When users create an account, Arenas may collect:

User account identifier
Authentication information needed to securely access the account
Arenas does not store or display user passwords in readable form.

With the user’s permission, Arenas may collect precise device location information.

A Connecte Inc. does not sell users’ personal information.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services on behalf of A Connecte Inc.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

Arenas does not use personal information for cross-app tracking.
Arenas does not sell personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.
The current version of Arenas does not display third-party advertising.
A Connecte Inc. retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide Arenas services
Maintain user accounts
Meet legal and regulatory obligations
Resolve disputes
Enforce agreements
Prevent fraud and abuse
Maintain platform security
Information may be retained longer when required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Users may initiate deletion of their account from the Settings section of the Arenas app.
Account deletion is intended to remove the user’s account and associated personal information that A Connecte Inc. is not legally required to retain.

Apple requires apps that support account creation to allow users to initiate account deletion within the app. Confirm that this feature actually works before submitting Arenas.

Block other users

Arenas is not intended for children under 13.
A Connecte Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If A Connecte Inc. learns that personal information was collected from a child under 13, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

A Connecte Inc. uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no online service, database, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Continued use of Arenas after an updated policy becomes effective means the user acknowledges the updated policy.
