Arena888 ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Arena888 mobile application. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

We collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and features you use, and includes:

1. Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address, that you voluntarily give to us when you choose to log in using Google Authentication. 

2. Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including interactions with game systems or tournament choices.

Section 2: Google User Data Policy & Firebase Integration

Our app strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Google Sign-In Authentication

When you authenticate using Google Sign-In, our app accesses your basic Google Profile information. This includes your unique Google Account ID, your verified Email Address, and your Profile Name. We request this data solely to create a unique, secure user account for you inside our application.

2. Firebase Services Infrastructure

We utilize Google Firebase Authentication as our primary backend provider. Your authenticated Google token is securely passed to Firebase to verify your identity. Your personal information is stored securely on Google cloud servers and is never transmitted to, sold to, or shared with unauthorized third-party platforms.

Section 3: Account Deletion & Data Retention Rights

In absolute compliance with Google Play Developer Policies regarding data deletion, we provide users with full control over their personal data records.

1. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to maintain your active account profile and ensure access to app features. 

2. Account Deletion Rights

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can initiate this deletion by navigating to the "Settings" or "Profile" menu inside the Arena888 app and tapping "Delete Account". 

Alternatively, you can submit a formal data deletion request by emailing our support team at winbetts.contact@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, all personal records, authentication nodes, and data profiles will be permanently erased from our Firebase servers within 7 business days.

Section 4: Legal Disclosures, Third-Party Links & Support

1. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

2. Third-Party Links & Frameworks

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Google Play Services and Firebase Infrastructure. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review their specific privacy structures:

3. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
