Online Document Delivery Service (ODDS) processes articles and book chapter requests from books, journals, e-resources and other library materials available in AU - Elisa Esguerra Library. These documents requested through the Document Delivery Service will be sent via e-mail or messenger.

AU - Elisa Esguerra Campus Students, AUEEC Faculty, and AU Employees/Staff.
How to avail this service?
To avail this service, follow the steps below:
1. Visit the AU - Elisa Esguerra Library Web-OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) to search for books, journals, and other library materials available in the libraries.
2. Fill out the Online Document Delivery Service form (https://forms.gle/aXb3p7e4HUPDSWzW7).
3. Please include all important information about the material(s) you've requested in the form.
4. The requested material(s) will be delivered to your e-mail or messenger if it is available.
Terms of Service:
• Limitation on Online Document Delivery Service are related to the capacity of available staff resources.
• This is a free service to the AU - Elisa Esguerra Campus Community.
• The library complies with the Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Fair Use. Requests are limited to one journal article, book chapter per title only or not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the work.
• Request for more than one hundred pages or encompassing entire works are not allowed.
• Online Document Delivery Service reserves the right to process one request per person per day, depending on staffing and overall request volume.
• The scanned materials will only be available to the requester for five (7) days.
• Some collections may not be eligible for Online Document Delivery Service.
• Upon receiving the request, DO NOT send or forward a copy to other users. Redistribution and reproduction of this scanned materials provided by the AU - Elisa Esguerra Library is prohibited and punishable by the Copyright Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
• If the request does not comply with the terms of service, the Librarian will contact the requester by e-mail.
