You can connect all kinds of electronic parts to your Grove Beginner Kit for Arduino!
These easily connect to your Kit with the Grove connector cables you already have.
Note that only some of these are directly supported by Codecraft block. Others will require Arduino IDE sketches.
Products from Seeed Studio's China warehouse have long shipping times, but many are available from their US warehouse.
Many Grove modules are also available on Amazon with Prime shipping
Sparkfun (in Niwot, CO) has Grove modules, too.

You can also connect Sparkfun's QWIIC modules to your Grove Kit with a
Qwiic Cable - Grove Adapter ($1.50)
Distance sensors:
Seeed Studio "Arduino Ultrasonic Sensor Overview and Tutorials"
Grove - Ultrasonic Distance Sensor:
Directly supported in Codecraft via the Digital "Ultrasonic Ranger" block
[from China, long delivery]
[Amazon Prime, one-day]
HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor:
Lower cost, but need to solder to one of your Grove cables, and not directly supported in Codecraft
(but supported in the Arduino IDE)
Can create a Codecraft sketch using the "PulseIn" block to measure the echo time.
Motors:
Sparkfun tutorial: "Motors and Selecting the Right One"
Stepper motors:
Enable precise motion, but require driver electronics and power supply
No Codecraft support for stepper motors yet, but you can write Arduino IDE programs for stepper motors.
For driving small DC motors (not stepper motors)
Codecraft support with the "Mini I2C Motor" blocks
CO2 sensors:
Grove - VOC and eCO2 Gas Sensor - Arduino Compatible - SGP30
I2C, but not directly supported in Codecraft, so need to use an Arduino IDE sketch.
Gravity: Analog CO2 Gas Sensor For Arduino (MG-811 Sensor)
Analog input, so Codecraft AnalogRead block can be used.
Needs external 5 volt power supply
You can connect electronic components and modules to your Grove Beginner Kit for Arduino using jumper wires, solderless breadboards, etc.
Solderless breadboard (400 connections)
There are many low-cost Arduino kits available on the market with lots of parts. Search for "Arduino Kit" on Amazon or eBay.
