Welcome to AR Drawing Paint and Sketch (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). By downloading, installing, or using our iOS application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Subscription & Payment

The App offers limited free features and optional premium subscriptions:

Weekly Premium: $6.99/week
Yearly Premium: $79.99/year
(Prices may vary by region.)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the subscription period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Canceling during an active period is not allowed. Free trials must be canceled 24 hours before they end to avoid charges.
Unused trial time is forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

1. App Purpose

AR Drawing Paint and Sketch is a creativity app that allows users to draw, paint, and sketch using augmented reality technology. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial, and educational use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription plans to unlock premium features such as brushes, templates, or lessons.

All payments are processed through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions via: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
For billing inquiries or refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

3. Usage Restrictions

By using the App, you agree that you will:

Use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
Not copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the App or its content.
Not upload or share any inappropriate, harmful, or infringing material.
Not misuse App features or violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Camera Access

The App requires access to your device’s camera to enable augmented reality (AR) features.

The camera is only used in real time for rendering AR drawings.
We do not record, store, or transmit video or images.

5. Storage Access

The App may request permission to save user-created drawings, sketches, or artworks locally on your device.

These creations remain stored only on your device unless you choose to share them externally.
We do not automatically upload, collect, or share your personal files.

6. Drawings & User-Generated Content

All drawings, sketches, and other content you create in the App are your property.

We do not claim ownership or rights over your creations.
The App does not access, transmit, or sell your artwork to third parties.

7. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements. These ads may be provided by networks such as Google AdMob or similar providers.

Advertisers may use device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID) to serve personalized ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
No personally identifiable information (such as your drawings, camera feed, or stored files) is shared with advertisers.

8. Data Collection

We do not collect or store personal data such as name, email, or contact information.

Limited, non-personal analytics (e.g., app crashes, usage frequency) may be collected to improve performance.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our App is suitable for general use. However, if children under 13 use the App, we recommend parental supervision, especially when advertisements are displayed.

10. Disclaimer

AR Drawing Paint and Sketch is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
AR features will work under all conditions or devices.
Issues or defects will be fixed immediately.

We are not responsible for inaccurate AR tracking, device compatibility issues, or loss of unsaved artwork.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any:

Loss of drawings, data, or revenue.
Misuse of AR features that results in unsafe or harmful behavior.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App in any way.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be available within the App or on its official store page. Continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance.
