This application end user license agreement (the "EULA") is a legal agreement by and between Anhteam (hereinafter, "Anhteam") and you ("You" or "Your") concerning Your use of Anhteam’s website and mobile phone applications (the "Applications") and the services available through the Website and Applications (the "Services").
By downloading, installing, and otherwise using the Website and/or Applications, You represent and warrant that You have read and understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA and Anhteam's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and made part of this EULA. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this EULA to ensure that You are familiar with the most recent version. Your use of the Services after we post any changes constitutes Your agreement to those changes.
By using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old. If You are accepting this EULA on behalf of a company, organization, educational institution, or other entity, You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind such entity to these terms, and references to “You” herein refer to both You, the individual end user, and the entity on whose behalf You are accepting this EULA.
Subject to Your compliance with this EULA, Anhteam hereby grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services through the Website or by downloading and installing our Applications.
When accessing the Services through app stores (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) (the "App Provider"), You acknowledge and agree that:
This EULA is between You and Anhteam, not the App Provider.
The App Provider has no responsibility for the Applications.
In the event of any failure of the Applications to conform to applicable warranties, You may notify the App Provider and request a refund (if applicable). The App Provider will have no other obligations.
The App Provider is not responsible for claims relating to the Applications or Your use of them.
The App Provider and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against You.
Anhteam may offer certain features, content, or services through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed by the App Provider (Apple App Store, Google Play).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or App Provider policy.
Anhteam may change, suspend, or remove features at any time without liability.
You may import images or drawings into the Services. You retain ownership of your own creations, but by using the Services you grant Anhteam a limited license to process such content solely for providing the Services.
You agree not to upload or use copyrighted, offensive, or unlawful content. Anhteam reserves the right to remove or restrict content at its discretion.
The Services are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. The Applications are intended to assist users in practicing drawing using augmented reality guidance. Anhteam makes no guarantee of artistic results or professional outcomes.
All intellectual property rights in the Applications and Services remain with Anhteam. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without prior written consent.
Anhteam may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anhteam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Services.
