This Privacy Policy explains how Learn to Draw Step by Step (the "App"), published by Sofiwall Studio ("we", "us"), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any account.
Drawings, photos and camera images stay on your device. We never upload, record or save them on our servers.
The App shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may process some device information to show ads (see section 4).
The App works offline. Only ads need the internet.
2. Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect, store or share personal information such as names, emails, contacts, location, microphone audio or files.
3. Permissions and how they are used
Camera (optional): used only to show a live view of your paper while you trace. The camera image is displayed on screen in real time and is never recorded, saved or sent anywhere. You can deny this permission and use "Trace on Screen" instead.
Photos / gallery (optional): when you choose "My photo", Android's photo picker gives the App only the one picture you select. It is shown on your screen for tracing and is not uploaded or shared.
Internet: used only to load ads.
Local storage: the App saves small settings on your device (for example: tutorial seen, stickers earned, screen settings). This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
4. Third-party services
Advertising (Google AdMob). The App shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the Android Advertising ID, IP address, device type, app version and ad interactions. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, you are asked for consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time by clearing the app data or from your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads). The App does not use any other analytics or tracking service.
5. Data sharing and selling
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share any information with third parties except the ad processing by Google AdMob described above.
6. Children's privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data security and retention
Because we do not collect personal information on our own servers, there is no personal data for us to store or lose. Settings saved on your device are removed when you uninstall the App.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. As we hold no personal data about you, most requests can be handled by uninstalling the App or resetting your Advertising ID. For data processed by Google, see https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can contact us at any time.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
