This Privacy Policy governs the privacy terms of Pixel Planet Adventure, a mobile application developed and published by Ardeact Games. This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal and non-personal data when you use our game.
Ardeact Games does NOT collect, store, share, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, or physical location through Pixel Planet Adventure.
However, to ensure game stability, optimization, and ad delivery, certain non-personal, technical, and anonymous data may be collected automatically via third-party service providers:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
Usage Data: In-game high scores, achievements, gameplay duration, feature unlock status, and crash logs.
Ad Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (GAID).
To monetize and analyze the performance of our game, we integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs). These third parties may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (Google LLC): Used for delivering, personalizing, and measuring the performance of advertisements within the game. AdMob processes your mobile device's advertising ID and anonymous usage logs to serve relevant ads.
AdMob Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Unity Services (Unity Technologies): Used for game engine analytics, diagnostics, performance tracking, and stability optimization.
Unity Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Pixel Planet Adventure does not use traditional web cookies. Instead, the integrated Google AdMob network utilizes the mobile device's Advertising ID to deliver interest-based and personalized advertisements. Users can reset their Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads entirely at any time via their Android device's privacy settings.
Pixel Planet Adventure contains family-friendly content; however, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age limit under local laws). Our third-party advertising partner (AdMob) is configured to comply with children's privacy laws, serving non-personalized and restricted ads where required.
The security of your anonymous data is a top priority for Ardeact Games. We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (via secure third-party cloud infrastructures and encryption protocols) to protect your technical data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
Since we utilize global third-party services like Google and Unity, the anonymous technical data collected may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residency (including the United States), where data protection laws may differ. By playing the game, you consent to these transfers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our game features or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any modifications.
