These activities constitute part of the service value and operational effort.

3. Service Delivery & Commencement

All services are delivered digitally in the form of consulting reports, research summaries, or scheduled advisory sessions. Work begins after payment confirmation and receipt of all required client intake information.

Delivery timelines (3–7 business days) begin once all necessary information has been received from the client.

All services are customized and require client-provided information. Failure to provide complete or accurate information may delay or affect delivery timelines.

Service preparation may include research, analysis, and planning activities that are part of the overall service fulfillment and contribute to the final deliverable and service value. These activities may begin prior to final delivery.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information do not constitute non-performance of services.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved in writing by the Company, the following services are non-refundable once initiated:
