Field Trip Interest form for the 25/26 school year!
Please fill out the form if you are interested in field trips for the 25/26 school year.
*Permission Slips are now required to attend field trips. Please use the link and follow the directions. Reach out if you have any questions.*
*All paperwork needs to be turned in, and assessments need to be completed to attend field trips.
*Please verify with your ST that you can sign up for field trips.
* Student budgets are charged as soon as you sign up. I will let you know if there are no funds left, and I need to make sure you pay.
*Payment is the only way to secure your spot. If payment isn't received by the deadline, the waitlist will be opened, and spots will be filled according to the payments received. The payment link is on the calendar under the field trip payment due date. Payment reminders will not be sent after you have been added to the calendar invite.
*Payments are due by 10:00 am, unless otherwise stated. If payments are not made, your party will not be on the list. Payment links are for those who are not using student funds. That could be students who are out of funds, Supervising Teachers, or siblings/parents who are attending and need to purchase their spot.
*All field trips require parents to chaperone their children. A list will be emailed with the total spots per family.
* No Refunds will be made unless you contact me before the final count/payment deadline.
*All on-campus activities require students to be immunized.
