MobiUs Scroll VS Remote Access

Per Brad Andres:

• If You use Remote Access on your opponents Mobius Scroll, You would archive 2 cards from your hand and your opponent would put Mobius Scroll in their Archive. This is because of the rules about control on page 9 of the rulebook. Those rules state that if a card that has changed control leaves play for any reason, it moves to its owner's appropriate out-of-play zone.
