My name is Archie, I'm a senior on Bullitt East's Endeavor Yearbook staff, and I'm also the executive writing editor for the book.
Over the past three years, the definition of being a student journalist has evolved significantly. It's a dynamic role that continues to adapt to new challenges and opportunities, and I’m certain it will undergo even more transformations in the coming year. However, one thing remains constant: the importance of our work. Whether creating a yearbook, producing a magazine, or publishing a newspaper, our efforts as student journalists have a profound impact. We document moments, tell stories, and provide a platform for voices that deserve to be heard.
This portfolio is not only a collection of my greatest achievements during my high school journey, but it also serves as a timeline—a visual and narrative representation of my growth as a student journalist. Each piece reflects a chapter in my development, from early learning experiences to milestones that shaped my skills and perspective. I hope you enjoy exploring this portfolio as much as I cherished every moment that went into creating it. Every story I’ve covered, every page I’ve helped design, every story I've written, and every challenge I’ve faced has been a valuable part of this incredible journey. Thank you for taking the time to experience it with me.
