Greetings Brethren,

The members of the Research Academy of Yahshua cordially invite you to join us for our second annual event titled “The Gospel of Your Salvation.” This document serves as a soft opening—a clear and honest outline to help you determine your desire to participate before full registration begins.

Our event is being held at a beautiful and remote location—the Canyon Lake Resort, specifically the Reunion Lodge—offering us a unique opportunity to take over the entire campus depending on interest. We’ve worked out a specific plan with the resort to roll out lodging in stages, based on how many sincere registrants step forward.

How Our Process Works

We are rolling out this event step by step, based on motivated attendees. Lodging access will open as registration fills up. Here’s how it works:

1. First Goal – 20 Registrants:
   
   

   • We must first fill the Reunion Lodge Lower Level, which sleeps 20.
     
     

   • Once this level is filled, we’ll unlock access to the second floor.
     
     

2. Second Goal – 38 Registrants:
   
   

   • The Reunion Lodge Second Floor can accommodate 18 additional souls.
     
     

   • This gives us a total of 38 if both floors are filled.
     
     

3. Beyond That:
   
   

   • We’ll open additional buildings as more registrants confirm.
     
     

   • Lodging continues to roll out based on interest until July 15, 2025.
     
     

This process allows us to secure what we need only as we go—making wise use of our resources while ensuring the experience remains intimate and manageable.

Timeline of Events

• Now through July 15, 2025 Soft registration & collection of $25 registration fee.
  
  

• After July 15: Registrants will be contacted to select their berth on a first-come, first-serve basis. These 20 berths will be available on the first level of the Reunion Lodge. If we have more than 20 registrants then the second floor will be opened up as well to select from.
  
  

• At that time, the $50 berth deposit will be collected and lodging finalized for this initial roll lout.

Note: All berths will be clearly labeled on the floor plan.
Only registered individuals can select their berth when that window opens in July.
