This Privacy Policy explains how THE ALPHAZ (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Archer Assassin: Stealth 3D (the “Game”), published on Google Play under the package name "com.thealphaz.archer.assassin.stealth.bow".
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you personally. The Game does, however, include advertising and analytics software provided by Google, and that software automatically collects certain device and usage information. This policy explains exactly what that means.
By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Game.

The Game saves your progress locally on your device using Android’s standard app storage. This information never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us, and we have no ability to read it. It includes:
Your coin balance and in-game currency
Which levels you have unlocked and completed, and the stars you earned
Which bows you have unlocked, which bow is equipped, and each bow’s upgrade level
Your settings, such as whether sound is on or off
Whether you have claimed rewards such as the daily reward
Uninstalling the Game deletes all of this information permanently. Because it is stored only on your device and is not linked to any identity, we cannot recover it, transfer it to a new device, or restore it for you.
The Game displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. To select and deliver ads, and to measure whether they were seen or clicked, AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process:
Your Android Advertising ID — a resettable identifier Google provides for advertising purposes
IP address, from which an approximate location (typically at city or country level) may be derived
Device information — such as device model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, screen size, and mobile network or carrier
Ad interaction data — which ads were shown, whether an ad was viewed or clicked, and how long it was viewed
App information — the Game’s package name and version
This information is collected by Google directly through its software embedded in the Game. It is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not solely by this one. See section 6 for links and section 7 for your advertising choices.
The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how the Game is used in aggregate, so we can fix problems and improve it. This service may automatically collect:
An app instance identifier — a random identifier assigned to your installation of the Game
Device and system information — device model, operating system version, language, and country or region
Usage and diagnostic events — such as when the Game is opened, how long a session lasts, which levels are started and completed, and crash or error reports
IP address, used to derive an approximate location and then handled according to Google’s practices
We view this data only in aggregated, statistical form. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not attempt to link it to any individual person.
Information described in sections 3 and 4 is used to:
Display advertisements within the Game, including rewarded ads you choose to watch
Measure advertising performance and prevent advertising fraud and abuse
Understand, in aggregate, how players progress through the Game and where they encounter difficulty
Diagnose crashes and technical problems and improve stability and performance
We do not use this information to build a profile of you as an individual, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
The Game includes software from the following third parties. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:
Service: Google AdMob
Purpose: Advertising
Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Service: Google Analytics for Firebase
Purpose: Usage analytics and crash reporting
Privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Service: Google Play Services
Purpose: App distribution and core platform services
Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
You can also review how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Android lets you control the advertising identifier used by apps on your device. In your device settings, open Settings → Google → Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer and Android version). There you can reset your Advertising ID, or delete it entirely so that apps receive no advertising identifier at all.
In the same settings screen you can opt out of ads personalization. If you do, you will still see ads in the Game, but they will not be selected based on your interests or prior activity.
Where required by law, the Game presents a consent message before personalized advertising is enabled, and you may accept or refuse. You may change your choice at any time from the Game’s Settings screen. Refusing consent does not prevent you from playing; it means the ads you see are non-personalized.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game contains stylized action violence and is rated and targeted accordingly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in section 13 and we will take appropriate steps. Because we do not operate accounts or servers, in practice the most effective step available is to uninstall the Game, which removes all locally stored data, and to reset or delete the device’s Advertising ID as described in section 7.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Because we do not collect or hold personal data ourselves, requests relating to advertising and analytics data should be directed to Google, which acts as the controller or processor for that data. You may contact us at the address in section 13 and we will assist where we are able.
You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Regardless of where you live, you can stop all data collection described in this policy by uninstalling the Game.
We do not operate servers and we do not retain any user data ourselves. There is no database in which your information is held, and therefore nothing for us to delete on request.
Data on your device is retained until you uninstall the Game or clear its data from Android settings. Both actions delete it permanently and immediately.
Data held by Google (advertising and analytics) is retained according to Google’s own retention schedules, described in the policies linked in section 6. You may exercise deletion rights directly with Google.
Game progress is stored within the Game’s private storage area on your device, which Android protects from access by other applications. Data transmitted by the advertising and analytics services described above is transmitted over encrypted connections by those services.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. That said, because we collect no personal information and operate no servers, the risk of a data breach involving your personal information through us is minimal.
The third-party services described in this policy are operated by Google LLC, which processes data on servers located in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Google applies the safeguards described in its own privacy documentation.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add or remove a third-party service. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the Game’s Google Play listing. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
