At Archer Pickleball Consulting, my approach to private instruction is built on growth, engagement, and strong game awareness. Every player, regardless of skill level, deserves a structured and encouraging environment where they can develop their game while having fun.
With 20 years of experience as an educator, I focus on teaching, not just training. My coaching goes beyond mechanics—I want players to understand the ‘why’ behind their decisions so they can adapt, problem-solve, and continue improving beyond our sessions. I use a combination of targeted coaching, game-based drills, and live play coaching to reinforce key concepts and provide real-time feedback in competitive situations.
As a RacketPro-certified coach, I take a strategic and structured approach to player development. I believe that true improvement starts with anticipation—reading opponents, recognizing patterns, and making decisions before the ball is even struck. From there, players refine their court positioning to create advantages, improve their shot selection to make smarter plays, and fine-tune their mechanics for consistency and efficiency. By coaching in this order, I help players build a complete game that extends beyond technique alone.
My private instruction isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building smarter, more confident players who have the tools to succeed at any level.
At Archer Pickleball Consulting, we offer personalized coaching designed to elevate your game. Our pricing structure ensures that players receive high-quality instruction while providing cost-effective options for those who prefer to learn in a group setting.
Individual Lessons: Focused, Personalized Coaching
One-on-One Coaching – $70 per hour
Individual lessons provide the highest level of personalized instruction, allowing players to focus on specific skills, strategies, and areas for improvement. This option is ideal for those who want customized feedback and a training plan tailored to their unique playing style.
Group Lessons: Learn Together, Improve Together
Two Players – $100 per hour ($50 per person)
Three Players – $120 per hour ($40 per person)
Four Players – $140 per hour ($35 per person)
Group lessons are a great way to improve your game in a fun, social, and competitive setting. As the group size increases, the per-person cost decreases, making it a more budget-friendly option while still benefiting from professional coaching.
Why Individual Lessons Cost More
One-on-one coaching offers exclusive attention, tailored drills, and in-depth feedback, ensuring you get the most out of every session. The higher price reflects the individualized approach, while group sessions allow players to share the cost while still gaining valuable instruction.
