To reserve your date at the Archbold Knights of Columbus Hall, all lessees must complete and return the rental contract along with the required deposit of $250. Your date is not considered secured until both the signed contract and payment have been received and approved.

Contracts are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your paperwork and deposit are submitted, you will receive confirmation that your event is officially booked. Incomplete forms or missing payments may delay or forfeit your reservation.

To ensure proper staffing and inventory for your event, all lessees must complete and return the Bar Order Form no later than 30 days prior to your rental date. This form allows us to prepare beverages, schedule bartenders, and accommodate any special requests.

Events that do not submit a completed Bar Order Form by the deadline may have limited bar service options or risk cancellation of bar service for the event. Timely submission helps us provide a smooth, well-organized experience for you and your guests.
