Google Forms can sometimes be a bit scrunkly. If I do not get back to you within 1 week, please resubmit the form!

Forms will be deleted 1 week after the commission is completed; I keep a copy for my records - if you would like to do the same, please do so before this point. This also marks when free edits/fixes stop being available for that commission, consider that week a grace period for spotting mistakes.
